Why is my printer not responding?

1. Check to see if the printer is properly plugged into a power source and if the cable connecting it to your device is secure.

3. Check your device for any jammed papers in the printer tray.

4. Check to see if any of the printer cartridges are empty.

5. Reset your printer if necessary and confirm that the printer is compatible with the device you're trying to use.
