1. Check that your SD card is completely inserted into the card slot in your printer.
2. Confirm that the SD card has been properly formatted.
3. After your SD card is inserted, press Menu on the front keypad of the printer.
4. Choose Settings \ Card & Slot from the display screen.
5. Once you can successfully view the SD card option, you can try to print a test page from there.
6. If the test page prints out correctly, then the printer is successfully recognizing the inserted SD card.
