1. Check that the size of the paper is being correctly identified in your printer settings.
2. Ensure the photo paper you are using is intended for use with your printer and is not too thick for your printer’s feed tray.
3. Ensure that the paper is properly aligned in the feed tray with the mark side up.
4. Check the printer’s paper handling options on the printer control panel or in the printers software settings.
5. Clear any jammed paper inside the printer, and check the disposal areas for any paper scraps.
6. Try removing the paper tray and replace it after ensuring the paper is properly loaded.
7. Make sure your printer driver is up to date with your Operating System.
