Why is my printer not recognizing the paper size?

  1. Check that the printer tray is full of paper that is compatible with the printer.

  2. Check the printer’s settings and make sure it is set to the expected paper size.

  3. Check any paper size settings in the application being used to print.

  4. Check the printer driver's settings.
