- Check that the photoconductor kit is fresh and has not passed its expiration date
- Ensure that the power cord is plugged in and the power switch is enabled
- Check that all cables in between the printer and computer are properly connected
- Check if enhanced features on the printer software is disabled
- Verify that the device driver and printer software is updated to the latest version
- Uninstall and reinstall the printer software on the computer
