Why is my printer not recognizing the correct print job orientation?

1. Check to see if drivers are up-to-date
2. Make sure that settings are correct for the type of paper and ink being used
3. Clean the printer heads or rollers if needed
4. Adjust the paper tray to ensure it’s properly aligned
5. Reboot the printer
