If your printer is not recognizing a full ink or toner cartridge, There are a few things you can do to try and troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check to make sure the cartridge is correctly loaded and that is securely snapped into place
2. Clean the cartridge slot with a lint-free cloth, then check the cartridge again to make sure it is properly seated.
3. Clean the chip contacts on the cartridge and the printer slot with a lint-free cloth.
4. Replace the cartridge with a new one.
