Why is my printer not producing black ink?

1. Check if the printer uses genuine ink and that the cartridge is not empty
2. Clean the printhead if it is blocked or clogged with dried up ink
3. Check the printer’s settings, make sure only black ink has been selected for the current job
4. Replace the ink cartridge with a new one if necessary
