Verify that your printer is on, plugged in, powered on, and actively connected to your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network.
Check the printer’s status in the settings menu. The status will tell you if the printer is out of paper, ink, or toner.
Check the print settings to make sure you’re using the correct paper size and type, as well as the right ink/toner settings.
Restart the print job if there is a delay on the printer’s end.
Reinstall printer drivers if the problem persists.
