Check the printer settings, is it configured to print in black and white?
Check that the paper size and orientation is correctly configured.
Check the ink or toner cartridges, make sure they are installed and that there is sufficient ink / toner in the cartridges to print.
Check that the printer is connected to the computer correctly.
Restart the printer and the computer and run a test page to see if that solves the problem.
