Why is my printer not printing from a specific application?

  1. Check to make sure that the USB cable is plugged into the printer and your computer.
  2. Ensure that your printer is on and connected to your computer via a wire or the same wifi network.
  3. Check your printer settings to make sure that the application you are using is in the list of programs that are set to print.
  4. Check the ink levels and replace the cartridge if necessary.
  5. Run a test print from the Print options menu.
