Why is my printer not printing from a mobile device?

Check the printer settings
Ensure that the printer is connected to the same wireless network as the device
Check the Print Settings on the device
- Make sure that the correct printer driver is selected
- Confirm that the correct number of copies are selected
- Check to see if the print job is sent to the correct tray
Check if any recent updates have been installed on the mobile device
Restart the printer
Verify that the paper is loaded correctly
