Here are some steps to troubleshoot your issue with printing Excel spreadsheets:

1. Verify that your printer is on and has sufficient paper and ink or toner.
2. Check your printer settings to be sure that the desired page size and orientation settings are selected.
3. Resize the spreadsheet on the page. Open the File menu, select Page Setup and then resize the spreadsheet if it is too large.
4. Update your printer driver. Many of the latest printer drivers are available at the printer manufacturer’s website.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver software.
6. Reset the Excel defaults for printing by going to the File menu, selecting Options and then Advanced, checking Enable SPECIAL Paste and then setting all other printing options back to their defaults.
