Check that the Envelope Setting in the printer is on,
Check to see if Windows Automatic Updates has changed your printer’s settings,
Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver,
Check to see if the Envelope tray has been incorrectly loaded,
Check if the printer was printing envelopes before and now isn’t.
