- Make sure the paper is properly loaded in the tray.
- Check that the roller bar is clean, and free of debris.
- Verify that both ends of the paper tray are securely closed.
- Try a different type of paper. For example, if using thin paper, try thicker paper.
- Make sure the printer driver is updated with the latest version.
- Unpair and re-pair the printer with the computer.
