1. Check to make sure that both your printer’s power cord and the USB cord are securely plugged in and that the device is powered on.
2. Restart both your printer and your computer to establish a connection between them.
3. Make sure that your printer is supported by your computer’s operating system.
4. Check the printer drivers on your computer and make sure that they are updated.
5. Check that your printer’s settings are correct and that it is selected as your system’s default printer.
