- Check the audio file
First, check the file format of the audio file you’ve linked to your presentation. Make sure it is an audio file type which PowerPoint supports.
- Check the links
Follow each of the links you have in the presentation to make sure that they are working.
- Check presentation settings
Play around with the presentation settings to see if you can find a configuration that allows the audio file to be played.
- Update the software
Try updating the PowerPoint software to see if that will help resolve the issue.
