Why is my PowerPoint presentation not displaying images in high quality?

< 1 min read

Are you having trouble displaying images in high quality in your PowerPoint presentation? Here are some suggested steps to get the highest-quality images in your presentation:

  1. Check the original resolution of the images to be sure they are hi-res before inserting them into your presentation.
  2. Make sure the size of the image isn’t too large. Don’t scale images excessively.
  3. Adjust the image compression settings to the highest quality for the file size. See the Powerpoint help documentation for info on how to adjust the settings.
  4. Make sure the file format of the images is .png instead of .jpeg or .gif as this will help improve quality.
