- Check to make sure that your phone hasn’t been locked by pressing any buttons.
- Check to ensure that your phone is still powered on.
- Check to see if the screen is cracked or damaged.
- Restart your phone.
- Log out of your phone and back in.
- Check to make sure the problem is not fixed by the restart.
