- Check if there is physical damage or obstruction on the screen.
· visually inspect the phone’s display and make sure nothing is blocking the display.
- Restart the phone.
· press and hold the power button for 30 seconds until the phone restarts.
- Perform a soft reset.
· press the power button and home button at the same time for 10 seconds until the screen restarts.
