- Check the battery charge:
Make sure your phone is sufficiently charged. If you know your phone has some charge left, press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to restart it. - Check the charging port:
Dust, debris or lint could be blocking the charging port preventing it from receiving the charge. Wipe it clean and try charging the phone again. - Perform a
Soft Reset:
If the above methods don’t work, try a soft reset. Turn off the phone and remove the battery (if applicable). Leave it for a few minutes before putting it back and turning the phone on. - Visit a service center:
