Why isn’t my phone’s notifications showing sound or vibration?

1. Check that Do Not Disturb mode is set to allow notifications.
2. Check that the notification volume is set to a volume other than Silent or Vibrate Only.
3. Review the notification settings of the app to make sure that it is set to make a sound and vibration.
4. Restart the device.
5. Run a software update to make sure the device is running the latest version of the operating system.
