Why is my Microsoft Forms form timing out during submission?

1. Check that your are connected to a reliable internet connection
2. Check the size of the file being uploaded, it should not exceed 50mb
3. Try to upload shorter documents, as larger documents take more time to parse
4. If the form is very long, try to decrease the amount of questions by introducing multi-select options
5. Check the response quotas may have been exceeded and try using an alternative response method or increasing the quotas
