Why is my Microsoft Forms form not showing all of the options in a multiple choice grid question?

1. Check to ensure you have inputted all the options.
2. Double check each row column of the form to make sure there are no empty fields.
3. If there are no empty fields, consider resetting the form and entering in the options again.
4. Check to make sure the rows and columns of your form are not being automatically hidden from view.
5. Check if the issue could be the result of a slow internet connection.
6. Ask another user to review the form to see if the same issue is occurring from their device.
