- Check your form response limit
– Changing or increasing the form response limit can be done under Settings > Limit Responses - Review recent submissions
– Make sure that the form submissions are still within the form’s response limit. - Check the form response cut-off date
– If form close date has been changed to an earlier date, responses after the cut-off date will not be counted. - Review response settings
– If responses have been filtered by specific email domains, only responses from approved domains will be counted. - Check for deleted responses
– If responses have been manually deleted, it will affect the total response count.
