Why is my Microsoft Forms form not displaying the correct number of total questions for a survey?

1. Check that your survey questions are set up as individual questions.
2. Verify that only questions that you want to be displayed in the survey are not set to Hidden.
3. Check the question type that you are using for each of the survey questions.
4. Confirm your survey is not set on Quiz mode.
5. Recheck all page breaks in the survey.
