Why is my Microsoft Forms form not displaying the correct number of total points for a poll?

1. Check if the responses form the respondents are configured with correct answer type (choose one, choose many, etc.).
2. Check if the scoring option for the question(s) is configured correctly.
3. Ensure that the total points are correctly initialized.
4. Ensure that the correct points/value for each individual answer is configured.
5. Verify that the total points is the sum of the individual answers.
