Why is my Microsoft Forms form not displaying any options for a multiple choice question?

1. Check to make sure you are logged in to your Microsoft account.
2. Check to make sure the question you're trying to create is supported by Microsoft Forms.
3. Check to make sure you have actually added options to the multiple choice question.
4. Check to see if the type of answer is supported by the question (e.g. alphanumeric or multiple choice).
