Why is my laptop’s touchpad randomly clicking or moving?

1. Check for any interference- External wireless mouse, or a phone in the proximity.
2. Clean the trackpad – Dust on the surface of the trackpad can cause the random clicking or movement.
3. Tighten the trackpad screws – Loose screws can cause trackpad to experience random clicks or movements.
4. Re-calibrate your settings – Changes in system settings may interfere with your trackpad.
