- Check the air vents for any obstruction, such as dust or foreign objects. 
 
- Ensure that the laptop is properly ventilated (not running while in a bag). 
 
- Make sure there are not multiple applications running in the background. 
 
- Check the fan for any dirt buildup, and clean the fan by blowing air if necessary. 
 
- Adjust the laptop’s power setting to reduce the fan’s speed and noise.
