- Check cooling vents and exhausts
Make sure all of the cooling vents and exhausts of your laptop are free from dust and dirt. If they are blocked, the fan will be forced to work harder and make more noise as it tries to cool down the laptop. - Check laptop temperature
Monitor your laptop’s temperature using an app like Speedfan and see if it’s too high, if so, use external cooling pads to make sure your device works at the optimal temperature. - Check fan's settings
The fan noise can be set to different levels depending on one’s preferences so make sure you adjust your fan settings in the BIOS settings.
