1. Check the power connection of the modem and router.
2. Check the Wi-Fi connection on other devices in the home.
3. Reboot (turn off and back on) the modem, router, and laptop.
4. Confirm that the Wi-Fi password is correct.
5. Verify your modem is working by plugging it into your laptop directly.
6. Make sure you have an active Internet plan with your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
7. Check that the modem is connected to the ISP.
