- Check Power Source and Cables
Ensure your laptop is connected to an active power source and that Ethernet or wifi cable is attached securely. - Troubleshoot Network Connection
On Windows 10, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status and select Troubleshoot to diagnose and repair your network problems. - Confirm your router is working
Check to see that the internet connection in other devices are working, or use another device to run a speed test. Also, ensure your router is turned on. - Reset the Network Settings
If other devices are working but your laptop still isn’t connecting to the internet, try resetting the Network Settings.
