2. Check if other devices can connect to the Wi-Fi.
3. Check if the network is compatible with your laptop.
4. Check if the latest driver is installed for your network adapter.
5. Check if the network adapter is correctly connected to your laptop.
6. Reset the network adapter (turn off the laptop, remove the adapter, disconnect the power cord, and reconnect them again).
7. Try connecting to another network.
