- Check if the keyboard is connected
See if there is a keybard connection issue. Detch and re-attach the USB cable or wireless receiver. - Restart laptop
Try restarting your laptop. Shutting down and restarting your laptop can sometimes reset the keyboard settings. - Update or reinstall keyboard driver
Try updating/reinstalling the driver software. - Clean the keyboard
Check if the keys are not getting stuck or stuck in a pressed down position. Clean the keyboard with a cloth and/or compressed air. - Check the language settings
Check if the keyboard settings are correct for the current language of use.
