Why is my laptop keyboard not lighting up?

1. Check the power suuply of the laptop
2. Check if your laptop has keyboard LED lighting features in the BIOS settings
3. Check the keyboard settings in the Windows settings.
4. Ensure the keyboard/Fn-key and Num-key combination is correct for the laptop model.
5. Unplug and reinsert the power card and keyboard cable connections.
6. Verify if your laptop model supports responsible keyboard lighting.
7. Check and reset the BIOS settings.
