Why is my internet not working on my Chromebook?

There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your internet connection on your Chromebook:

  1. Check the Power

    If your Chromebook is not working at all, check the power to the device, and make sure the power cable is firmly plugged into the device, as well as the wall.

  2. Check your Internet Settings

    To ensure your device is set up correctly, check the internet settings in the Wi-Fi menu. If the connection appears to be proper, follow the below steps.

  3. Restart the Chromebook

    If your Chromebook is still having internet connection issues, then restart the device by pressing on the power button and selecting restart.
