Why is my internet not working even though my Wi-Fi is connected?

1. Check if the internet connection is still available by connecting to another device.

2. Check if the Wi-Fi network is encrypted; some networks require passwords to connect.

3. Restart the router or modem by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Unplug all of the cables for 10-15 seconds and then plug them back in.

4. Ensure that the wireless settings on your device are correct.

5. Ensure your device’s firmware is up to date.

6. Check and see if your device is blocked by the router’s firewall.

7. Reset your router to its default settings.
