Why is my internet connection slow when using my Smart TV?

1. Check the internet cable connection and ensure that both ends are properly connected.
2. Restart both your router and Smart TV: unplug the power to the router, wait for 10 seconds, plug the power back in, wait for a few minutes, unplug the power to the Smart TV and plug it back in, wait for a few minutes and try again.
3. Reset the network settings of your Smart TV and set them up again.
4. Check if the network or Wi-Fi connection is running at 5Ghz and switch to 2.4GHz if it’s available.
5. Try restarting your home network by turning it off and unplugging everything for a few minutes. Then plugging it back in and turning it on.
6. Call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to ask if they are performing any maintenance or if there may be a problem with their service.
