Why is my internet connection restricted or blocked?

  1. Check your computer's network connection

    Verify that your computer is connected to the internet by enabling and navigating to a web browser

  2. Check your router

    Verify that your router is in an area with strong Wi-Fi signals and not blocked or damaged

  3. Check for any recent changes to your network

    If you recently moved your router or purchased new hardware, make sure that those changes have not impacted your internet connection

  4. Check for parental controls or restrictions

    Check your settings to make sure that any restrictions have not been put into place that may limit your browsing experience

  5. Check with your ISP

    If all else fails, it may be worth checking in with your service provider to make sure that any restrictions are not on their end and not impacting your connection.
