Why is my internet connection not working on my VoIP phone?

1. Check if your router is plugged in and powered on.

2. Ensure your phone is properly cabled to the router or network with the included cables.

3. Reboot your router, if needed.

4. Check if your network settings are configured properly.

5. If you have multiple VoIP handsets, make sure that the additional ones are properly enabled on the network.

6. If you have used the network previously, ensure that you have not exceeded your ISP’s data plan.

7. Verify if the power switch on your VoIP phone is in the ON position.
