- Check to make sure all cables are securely connected to your router and Roku device.
- Make sure your router is properly powered on and that the LED lights are active.
- Restart your Roku device to clear any existing errors or to refresh your internet connection.
- Reboot your router by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in after at least 30 seconds.
- Make sure you have the correct network or SSID selected in the Roku settings.
- Check your Wi-Fi connection by connecting your modem via an Ethernet cable and verifying the internet is working.
- Verify you have the latest version of Roku software by going to Settings > System > System Update. If a newer version is available, download it.
