Why is my internet connection not working on my Roku?

  1. Check to make sure all cables are securely connected to your router and Roku device.
  2. Make sure your router is properly powered on and that the LED lights are active.
  3. Restart your Roku device to clear any existing errors or to refresh your internet connection.
  4. Reboot your router by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in after at least 30 seconds.
  5. Make sure you have the correct network or SSID selected in the Roku settings.
  6. Check your Wi-Fi connection by connecting your modem via an Ethernet cable and verifying the internet is working.
  7. Verify you have the latest version of Roku software by going to Settings > System > System Update. If a newer version is available, download it.
