1. Check to see if you device is connected to the correct WIFI

2. Turn off the WIFI and turn it on again

3. Try forgetting the wifi network and connect again

4. Check if the router is working or not

5. Reboot the router to establish connection again

6. Contact your internet service provider to check for any issues.
