Steps to troubleshoot a Chromebook connection

1. Check to ensure the Wi-Fi network is active and you have the right access credentials.
2. Check and reboot the modem/router.
3. Restart the Chromebook.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the Wi-Fi driver from Settings.
5. Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
