Why is my internet connection not working after a thunderstorm?

1. Check your modem and router – Make sure all the cords are properly plugged in and your devices are turned on.

2. Reset your devices – Unplug your modem and router for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and wait for the lights to start flashing.
