Why is my internet browser not loading any pages?

  1. Check if your internet connection is working

    Check your WiFi router or modem. If there are lights blinking, it’s likely your internet connection is working.

  2. Restart your computer and/or modem

    Turn your computer off and then on again. Then, unplug and plug in your modem. If you still can’t connect to the internet, you may need to restart your computer again.

  3. Check your browser’s settings

    Check for any proxy settings, make sure your DNS server is configured correctly, and clear your browser’s cache.

  4. Update your browser

    You may need an updated version of your browser to connect to certain websites. Check if a new version is available by visiting your browser’s website.

  5. Disable any browser extensions

    Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with your web browser. Try disabling or uninstalling any extensions you may have installed recently.
