Why is my Excel sheet not printing in color?

Check You Printer Settings: Ensure that your printer is set to print in color. Check your printer settings in the Printer Properties.
Check the Color Settings in Excel: Open your Excel sheet, and select the File tab. Then, under the Print heading, select Page Setup, and select Both in Color.
Check Your Printer Driver Settings: Your printer driver settings may also be preventing your Excel document from printing in color. Check these settings by going into the printer driver’s Properties.
