Why is my email showing the wrong sender in the From field in Outlook for Exchange?

  1. Check your Outlook signature to ensure you have not selected an incorrect email display name.
  2. Check your Sent Items folder to ensure you selected the correct mailbox or account to send the email from.
  3. Check to see if multiple email accounts are linked in Outlook and disable any unused accounts.
  4. Ensure your auto-complete address cache has the correct mailbox set as the primary or default mailbox.
