Why is my email going to the wrong recipient even though their email address is entered correctly?

1. Check the address spelling and make sure all characters have been entered correctly.


2. Double-check by typing the address out manually instead of cutting and pasting it in.


3. Look for any added spaces in the email address.


4. Make sure any auto-complete email settings are turned off.


5. Check for any filters or blocks that may be preventing the email from being sent.
