Here’s a list of steps you can take to troubleshoot your issue:
- Check the sender’s email address. Ensure the email address is legitimate and associated with a domain that is in your accepted domains list.
- Check the message content. Depending on your company’s message hygiene configuration, certain keywords may flag the message as suspicious and redirect it to the Junk E-mail folder.
- Check the message header. Ensure there are no line-wrapping errors as a result of header truncation.
- Check the message rules. Ensure there are no transport rules defined in your organization that may prevent the message from being delivered to the Inbox.
- Check the recipient’s Junk E-mail settings. If the recipient has added the sender to their Safe Senders List, the message will bypass the Junk E-mail filter.
- Check the message history. Ensure the message was never sent to the Junk E-mail folder before.
